How does it work?
I use a combination of powerful exercises, visualization techniques, and mind-body awareness to get you connected to your true self, help you rediscover your dreams, and get you moving toward the way you want to live, think, and feel. We’ll meet weekly in my office, over the phone, or at the location of your choice.
We will work as a team to help you connect with your Essential Self, identify limiting beliefs that hold you back, develop goals, and focus your attention on creating actions and intentions that will move you toward your desires. We’ll be examining and challenging your core beliefs to see if they still support your current goals. I will teach you how to determine what you want and techniques to change the negative self talk that may paralyze you, or just keep you from moving forward.
Coaching is a powerful and proven process that helps you get in touch with your core values and true goals so you can create the personal and professional life you know you can be passionate about!

My work and my passion are about using my professional expertise and my practical life experience to benefit others in this quest for a more meaningful life, in particular, when stressful circumstances have created ambiguity and confusion. My style of coaching goes far beyond the realm of typical life coaching. I use a proven system. It’s a comprehensive coaching program that uses simple steps to help you create the life that you really want to be living. I won’t tell you what to do, but I will use my expertise and experience to listen, encourage, challenge, and inspire you to push yourself to create and achieve all that you want for your life.
Sessions take place at my office in Winter Springs, over the phone, or through email.

Family Transformation - Is your family always on the go? Are you doing too much "Dashboard Dining"? Are you often stressed and overwhelmed? This program teaches busy Moms and Dads how to reclaim their family time and start enjoying life again!
Coaching in Motion - Meet me at the park or walking trail of your choice and let's walk while I coach you on an issue of your choice. Orange and Seminole counties only.
Programs can be done individually or in groups, so gather your friends, co-workers, or your Bunco group and give me a call!
